. A strong woman handcyclist joins the ride!  Ratidzo, 53, is from Zimbabwe .  She started wheelchair racing in 2010 as a part of her path back from a spinal injury.  She has been cited as one of Zimbabwe’s Sportswomen of the year three times (bronze in 2016, silver in 2017, and gold in 2023 in the women with disabilities category).  In early 2026 she received a handcycle through our partner Inclusive Cycling International, and she already won a silver medal in the Outaniqua Wheelchair Challenge 42 km race.  She has competed in 7 other national races so far, finishing each time in the top three.   we are delighted that Ratidzo will be joining us!
